Send your request and a local technician replies with a fixed price and the first visit time they can offer. If it's an emergency, like a nest by a doorway or rats inside a food business, say so: technicians who take out-of-hours work can choose to respond, and may charge extra.

Treatments are guaranteed for at least three months unless your quote says otherwise. If the same pest comes back in the treated area in that time, your technician comes back and treats it again at no charge.
