About Pest Perfection
Pest Perfection is a pest control company based at 41 Mercers Row, St Albans, working for homes, landlords and businesses across Hertfordshire. We work to NPTA standards, every technician holds at least the RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management, and every job follows the same order: inspect, quote in writing, treat, proof, and leave a written record.

How we work
A mouse in the kitchen is a symptom. The gap behind the boiler pipe is the problem. We look for how pests get in and what feeds them before choosing a treatment.
Proofing, trapping and hygiene fixes come before chemicals. Where rodenticides or insecticides are the right answer, they're placed so children, pets and wildlife can't reach them.
Sealing entry points — mesh, bristle strips, drain guards, bird netting — is what stops a problem coming back, so we treat it as part of the work, not an optional extra.
Every visit ends with a written record: what we found, what we did, and anything that needs fixing. Landlords, agents and food businesses need it; homeowners find it useful too.
If a single wasp nest in a shed or a few ants on the patio is something you can safely deal with yourself, we'll say so. Our Pest ID pages say so too.
Treatments carry a guarantee of at least three months. If the same pest returns to the treated area inside that time, we come back at no charge.

Rodenticides and the law
Professional rodenticides in the UK can only be bought and used by trained users under the rodenticide stewardship regime. Baits go in locked, tamper-resistant stations and are removed when the job is finished. HSE guidance.
